Most project management tools in recent times have features that promote better team collaboration.

I have used most tools such as Atlassian Jira, Azure DevOps and their likes. It is easy to use these tools once you have gained experience from using one.

It would only require you to use some of your spare time to watch a couple of YouTube videos to understand the few differences when transitioning from one collaboration tool to another. The tool used during a project is determined based on the needs of the stakeholders. For instance, some tools have integrated testing features which makes things easy in a test driven development (TDD) to meet the stakeholder expectations with this methodology.

A new team must come together and decide what tool works best for them to ensure a smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
